On entering this cul de sac corner stand which faces north slopes upwards from the road and should you build a double story home at the back of this stand you will get sea views from this stand which is less than a hundred meters to the beach and from the front of the stand you will have fantastic views of the Swartberg mountain range. Paradise beach is up against a semi nature reserve and conservancy and between the homes there are green belts and for this reason you will see bush buck, porcupine, tortoises, duiker, mongoose and along the lagoon there are more than two hundred species of birds etc. Paradise beach has its own beach launching area for ski boats and jet skis, then there is a landing strip for aircraft. The beaches are untouched and unpopulated all year round and you will find many good fishing spots, scuba diving spots with reefs and then there is also wind and kite surfing spots and from these finest beaches that you will find on our garden route you will be able to see whales dolphins, otters as a large variety of shells. Paradise beach only has one entrance in and out of the area and you need to cross over the Seekoei river when entering or exiting the area which is manned by an excellent neighborhood watch and is also assisted by cameras and three security companies that work in the area is the reason why Paradise beach does not only have the lowest crime rate in Jeffreys bay but in the whole of the Kouga Region. A short eight-minute drive will take you into the center of Jeffreys bay where you will find shopping malls, schools, hospitals and then not forgetting the famous surfing beach super tubes where every July the world surfing champion ships are held.
